The Friends of the Saint-Louis Hospital

The French Hospital Saint-Louis of Jerusalem is a private hospital founded by the Sisters of Saint Joseph in 1887. Today it is part of the Israeli health system. Specialised in palliative care, it provides care for about fifty patients at the end of their lives. It is located at the entrance to the Old City of Jerusalem, between the East and the West, near the New Gate.

Created in 2020, the Friends of Saint-Louis Hospital is above all a group of friends ! Former volunteers of the Saint-Louis Hospital, we wish to keep the link between the hospital and France alive. The association is independent of the hospital; we do not speak on its behalf. Our aim is to support the hospital and to promote the spirit of openness, respect and peace that is at the heart of the "Saint Louis family".
